Orders and Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item for a full refund within 3 calendar days of receipt of goods. A refund will be made for the original purchase price, excluding shipping charges. If you have any other questions concerning returns please contact us.

 

Return Requirements:

Merchandise that is being returned must be new, unused and unwashed complete with original tags and its original packaging intact. Any merchandise received that has been washed, worn or damaged will have a 20% restocking fee applied.

Please allow 2-4 business days for return request to be reviewed and processed. You will receive an email with your Return Merchandise Authorization number, once you have contacted our Customer Service Department. Shipping and handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. This applies to all returns.

 

REFUND OR REPLACEMENTS:

When we have received and confirmed your return, you will be notified by phone or email. Refunds will be issued according to your original payment method. Alternatively, a store credit will be issued. If you need to replace an item, please contact us before returning your item.

 

Received the Wrong or Defective Product?

If you receive the wrong item or an item you receive is defective or damaged, you may return the item for a replacement or refund. We will issue you prepaid return label, if you contact us within the first 3 calendar days of receipt. If you fail to contact us via phone or email, we will not honor a prepaid label and you will be responsible for all return shipping cost. We will however ship the correct item, at no extra charge to you.
